Captains
RIWUT has three Captains as of 2019. The Captains are responsible for big picture and long term team goals, culture, and events. The Captains will develop ideas and delegate to team members. The Captains are expected to be knowledgeable about all facets of team administration. The Captains are primarily responsible for things related to team culture and spirit, such as but not limited to practice scheduling, work ethic expectations, tournament expectations, team bonding, team leadership, and recruitment. Captains are also responsible for collecting and maintaining an accurate and up to date team roster with contact information and club sports requirements completion status.

Tournament Director
The Tournament Director is responsible for all things related to tournament participation. This includes, but is not limited to, placing bids for outside tournaments, developing a tournament schedule each semester, and organizing all home tournaments. The Tournament Director will work with the Treasurer to pay for tournaments, with Director of Club Sports to reserve fields for home tournaments, and with the Captains to make sure tournaments are in line with team goals.

CSIC Representatives
The CSIC Representatives represent the goals and interests of RIWUT to the Department of Club Sports. The CSIC Representatives are expected to attend all CSIC meetings (and to delegate alternative representatives when they cannot attend). They will also report to the Captains, Officers, and team members about CSIC meetings.

Treasurer
The Treasurer is responsible for handling all funds, dues, fees, and fundraising. The Treasurer will work with the Tournament Director to allocate funds for tournaments, with team members to collect and record dues, with the Director of Club Sports to understand and keep track of funding and other financial resources, with the Captains to allocate funding to other non-tournament team needs, and with a committee of volunteers to develop team fundraisers.

Public Relations
The Public Relations Representative is responsible for twitter and advising on all facets of public relations, such as working with the Treasurer to market fundraising events, working with the Captains to develop and carry out recruitment strategies, representing RIWUT in public social media, working with the Tournament Director to advertise for home tournaments, and working with the Captains and CSIC to ensure that RIWUT has fair and strong representation within Club Sports, URI, and the larger ultimate and non-ultimate community.

NOTES:
All Captains and Officers are expected to work closely together and maintain open and honest communication, both with each other and with all team members. Captains and Officers will be elected through nominations and confidential voting at the end of each spring.
